Medtech Union is a curated professional network for the people and companies in medtech. This page explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you join the waitlist: your work email and what you do. If you choose to add them, your name, city and what you plan to use Medtech Union for.
- When you nominate, post or apply: whatever you type into those forms, such as a name you nominate, a lead or role you post, or your application details.
- When you name people you would vouch for: the names and the email address or LinkedIn link you enter for them.
- How you found us and how you use the page: the link you came from (for example a LinkedIn post), a referral code if someone shared their link, and which buttons and forms were used. This helps us see what works.
What we do with it
- Send you a confirmation and, when it is ready, your invite.
- Build and improve Medtech Union, including the lists, leads and jobs.
- Use the details you give for people you would vouch for only to invite them to Medtech Union.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet that the Medtech Union team controls, and confirmation emails are sent through Google. Your browser also keeps a few small items on your device (not cookies) so the page can remember which link you arrived from and which names you have vouched for.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run the site, such as Google, and when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you. Use the contact details on the main site.
